YOGA What a fun yoga adventure you’ll have! You’ll be doing two Beginning Bikram Yoga classes a day in a heated room. Jason will also offer a few optional Bikram Yoga Advanced classes, if you’re up for the challenge. Additional sun-salutations and some pre-bed-time stretches are also on the agenda. Mats, towels and washcloths are provided – and unlimited filtered water (bring your own water bottle). If you need to do laundry, one load (wash, dry, fold) is $5.

FOOD Pura Vida is famous for its great buffet cuisine. Enjoy three meals a day, of delicious healthy cuisine plus they provide exotic fruits all day long at no additional cost. And, the chef can accommodate special dietary needs (gluten-free, etc.).

ADVENTURE You’ll also experience a wild and fun White Water Rafting adventure. Raft on the Pacuare River, which cuts through one of the most pristine pockets of wilderness left on the planet, is ranked among the top 5 on the list of wild and scenic rivers worldwide. This 18-mile rafting adventure, through the most beautiful river canyon in the tropics, is for the adventuresome beginner and the experienced rafter alike. The rapids are class 3 and 4. The Canopy Adventure is on the agenda –you’re hitched into a harness and fly from tree platform to tree platform on the flanks of Barva Volcano. An exhilarating experience! (Canopy Adventure is not included in the rates). Additional optional tours are also available.
